Bizarre 'Flower' Seen Above Oz Today - Satellite Pics

I have received E-mails from all over Australia today reporting this rather extraordinary feature captured on
the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology radar site. This follows a series of so far unexplained
features seen on Australian national radars since the 15th. Another strange ring appeared today over the South East of the country as seen below. Today has been very lively surrounding this debate over what some are suggesting are weather modification experiments now under way over huge country. I have received data also today that shows the HAARP facility has been ramped up (see their own monitoring data below)...

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), near Gakona, Alaska, has for twenty years used radio waves to probe Earth's magnetic field and ionosphere..In February last year, HAARP unexpectedly managed to induce a strange bullseye pattern in the night sky. "This is the really exciting part - we've made a little artificial piece of ionosphere," said US Air Force Research Laboratory physicist Todd Pedersen to Nature's Naomi Lubick.

Should We Geoengineer the Climate?

The American Meteorological Society today issued a statement urging caution regarding geoengineering designed to mitigate climate change. Some of the wild deas for doing so range from dumping iron into the ocean to launching reflective particles into the atmosphere to reduce the amount of sunlight that gets through..."Geoengineering must be viewed with caution because manipulating the Earth system has considerable potential to trigger adverse and unpredictable consequences," the statement reads.

Mysterious, Glowing Clouds Appear Across America’s Night Skies

Mysterious, glowing clouds previously seen almost exclusively in Earth’s polar regions have appeared in the skies over the United States and Europe over the past several days...The clouds might be beautiful, but they could portend global changes caused by global warming. Noctilucent clouds are a fundamentally new phenomenon in the temperate mid-latitude sky, and it’s not clear why they’ve migrated down from the poles. Or why, over the last 25 years, more of them are appearing in the polar regions, too, and shining more brightly. Time to stop messing with the ionosphere?

New type of cloud found

Meteorologists believe they have discovered a new classification of cloud after the unique formation has been spotted in skies around the world...The Royal Meteorological Society is now gathering detailed weather data for the days and locations where the asperatus clouds have been seen in an attempt to understand exactly what is causing them. Given the atmospheric experimentation taking place by the US and other countries, this suggests a manmade cause.

Cyprus HAARP radiation revealed

The British Army is currently experimenting with an immensely expensive ultra-sophisticated version of HAARP in their large army base at Greek Cyprus...The British have allegedly stated that their pulse modulation program is targeted on Iran and Iraq and that the British version has the ability - like HAARP and a similar system in Norway - "to bounce its millions of Watts of 8MHz transmissions off the ionosphere to control the weather, destroy communication networks, and to violently upset whole populations by inducing ELF behavioral changes, neurological changes, and physical trauma."

Background of the HAARP Project
HAARP
The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening. The project is likely to be “sold” to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or, for the more gullible, a device for repairing the ozone layer.
